The cost of all services are calculated based on a rate per word. This rate will vary depending on the complexity of the text, the deadline, and the languages requested. For translation of websites, the rates can vary very much. This depends on the complexity of your website (Is it simple HTML, or does it include image translation, or even data within the database?). In a large website, the assessment itself consumes a lot of time. If you are not sure what type of website you have, please Request for a Quote, and indicate your website address (URL). We will then analyze the work and send you our estimation.
 
Likewise the price for your project will be based on your specific needs such as the languages, formatting, editing, and others. After the scope of the project has been established, we will email you a proposal. Upon your acceptance and confirmation of our proposal (by submission of an email from your original email address or a written acceptance sent to us through fax.) we will start working on your project. If you cancel your translation after you have ordered it, you agree to pay all charges incurred by your order. No refunds will be issued. Translated documents can be delivered to the client vial e-mail, FTP or regular mail. Payments can be made by any of the following means (For any of the following payment methods we will disclose the necessary information to you upon acceptance of our proposal.):

Please notice that the minimum payment is $20 US (even for smallest translations).
